Pagan challenge

Hello all

I recently have gotten the writing big and found this pagan challenge and it asks questions.and each day I want to answer the questions either in my journaling or here on this blog.I love getting into writing although I view it as a bit of something personal. I also have been getting big into sigils but more into that later. I have been slacking on my blogging of late but maybe this challenge will help me in that venture.

Tolerance?

What is the point in having tolerance? All tolerance is is that you only stand something until it goes away but religion doesn't go away. There will always be extremists of every religion and we really need to stop tolerating them.it's not the fault of the others that follow the religion to put up with them. And if you think that Christians are all about tolerance then you obviously have not read up on your christian history.
Peace must be met and love must be spread but not tolerance.I know I may have talked about spreading tolerance before but experience has changed my perspective.

Threefold law

Merry meet,
It has been a long time since I posted anything on this blog but here I am a baby,more Oracle cards and internet back on later, writting to you.and yes I said a baby,Oracle card deck in that order because that is how it happened.I now have two boys.the youngest is nearly two months old now which is good.(pray that his eye surgery goes well..)
And my new Oracle deck is the Halloween Oracle deck...more on that later.

Lately I have taken my practice to the next level in reading more and practicing more with my cards and now I keep a spiritual journal so when I'm thinking of something witchy (lol) I can write about it.one of my first posts was about the threefold law and how at first I didn't really understand it but since watching Mandi See (originally harmony love) on YouTube for sometime and she did a video about the threefold law.she explained it as when you send out an intent,be it good or bad,i affects you in three ways: heart,mind and spirit. Which makes complete sense if you really think about it. If you put out bad intentions then you might feel sad,guilty,or even depressed which in turn brings your energy down which is opposite of positive energy.
I personally believe that I am finally starting to grow in my spiritual journey and I am glad that I have you all to share it with.

Watch your words

I am not here to upset anyone not am I here to put down the beliefs of another but I am here to try to get across to people's minds that the word "witch" is not a bad word and should not be said as a joke or in a hateful way because it might be a joke or something of the sorts to you and whever it is your speaking with but to a lot of people,it isn't that way.
To a lot of people,it is a word to describe what they believe. An example is that those that follow Jesus use the term "Christian" usually.so when you say it as a joke or in a hateful way, you are in effect spreading the fear of witches that has been around for centuries. You are teaching those around you to hate anyone who uses said term and that since they are different then that is somehow bad.and it's not bad at all.
Witches,pagans,wiccans all follow a very peaceful spirituality.if only people would take the time to look into that and not judge by just hearing the word "witch". We should all spread love,tolerance and educate those that want to know more. So please,if you are using the word "witch" in a hateful way,please stop and educate yourself on what the word really means before you hurt someone's feelings.

I don't know about you but it inspires me to dwell into my craft more and to look deeper into myself more.it inspired me to create a blog to share the love of the craft.(wiccanlove on tumblr)

Close to the goddess?

Merry meet,
When do you feel closest to the goddess?
I'm curious to know.for me it was when my kids were born. When my eldest was born,i di!nt know much about Wicca then but as I've grown into myself spiritually and done my research; I feel that she was with me during that time of my life. I feel that she helped me cope with my son being born unable to see due to congenital cataracts and everything he went through to where he is ,sight wise, now.
I felt that she was there during my second pregnancy as well.guiding me and keeping me calm through my worries with my second child.she was there when I noticed that he had the same congenital cataracts except a much milder case.like she was trying to help keep them from happening but genetics took over anyway.I feel like she kept him from being premature and underweight.
And pregnancy is really a magickal period of time where your body is hard at work creating a human life and you don't have to do anything but listen to what your body tells you that it needs.birth is really a magical process as well even with the pain involved.I believe that the pain is to remind us that we are still human in the moment where we feel like a goddess ourselves.
Some might disagree but that is what I think.I really am in awe at those women who can be surrogate mothers to women who cannot bear children.and I feel heartache for those that lose their children.Its tough being a mother.in any shape,form or fashion.

Hello everyone,
I haven't posted in awhile because I've been busy.I have not had time to even work on anything tarot related or anything like that. I had my second child in August and have had my hands full since then,lol
Up until two weeks ago I've only had a five year old around the house but now I have him plus a newborn son as well.so I am still adjusting to everything.
So time to adjust is crucial ;)
