I tried this the other night when I was feeling overwhelmed. And it felt like a rush of relief once it was over. Its really simple. You just need two basic supplies: a lighter and a stick of rose incense.
Light the incense and visualize the smoke enveloping you in love and good feelings. Visualize the stress you have disappear with the smoke.
