I would be impressed....

I would be impressed with America if:
-if everyone didn't make it so that witchcraft and the wiccan spirituality was so forbidden.
-if everyone wasn't so offended.words are just words.
-if everyone minded their own business instead of worrying about getting someone in trouble to make themselves look good.
-if we as citizens were allowed to make our own choices for once.too many laws are on the books over craziness.

If that were to happen in my country,i believe I would probably faint.  ;)  especially the acceptance of other religions because from my house to the grocery store, there are at LEAST twenty Christian churches.there needs to be more acceptance...bottom line

Sigils

Hello,
Sorry for not blogging of late.been busy.I just wanted to blog today though.lately I have become obsessed with sigils.I have been pinning them on my Pinterest board and copying them to my journal whenever I write in it and I save them on my phone when I have the space.I have yet to be brave enough to create my own sigils though.my drawing technique is downright dreadful.
I've been thinking of trying to create my own but I just need the confidence to.I feel connected to the sigils I find on my Pinterest board but I just want something a bit more personal,you know?
If you have any sigils you have drawn please feel free to share them in the comments.but only if you feel that they are not too personal.

Simple

I don't have much time for elaborate spells or rituals.I barely have time for meditations.so I try to do short and simple spells or meditations that I can do in just a few minutes.like my intentions spell last night was an energy release incense spell.I just sat down with a lighter,my incense and focusing all my energy from the year into the incense stick and then I lit it.as it burned,i imagined all of the past worries and everything going up in the smoke.
Then, I felt that I had to do this but you don't have to...but I then took in the energies of myself and my family into another incense that I use for protection and I put those energies into the incense so that we have a positive start for next year and then I lit that incense.

Simple,and short always works for me but it's your choice. Blessed be

What does deity/God/divine mean to you?

The one word comes to mind when I saw that question and that is: power. When I think of the divine; i always think of power and energy. I love that in my spiritual practice I can bring their power into me.I don't have to go through someone else to be personal with them for me.

Coming from christianity, it's a hard thing to get used to because being raised that way usually puts you face to face with a preacher first.you don't get the personal touch that eclectic pagan spirituality brings.it's different to me.I don't hate the religion I come from but I feel so free now.

What spiritual practice do you do?

I love meditation...when I can of course.being a stay at home mom is hard to be that and meditate as well.I don't feel comfortable yet to do meditation on my own so I use guided meditation. It's how I found a spirit guide finally.it was during a stress release guided meditation.I was caught by surprise as well.
I want to try yoga but I do not have the stability for it.I am clumsy as he'll.

Tip

If your like me and love candles but you don't have the space for them not the budget,really, then what you can do is but white tea light candles and colored candle holders and some oil.here's my example: to me rose is for concentration so I take a white tea light candle and rub the wax with the rose oil and depending on what I am needing at the time,say that it's money; I'll put it in my green tea light candle holder and concentrate on it.I'll either let it burn itself out or burn for a while and then say something like "and now I let air carry out my wishes" and I'll blow out the candle.
That's what works for me.I have two kids so I can't usually let my candles burn very long and I can't really use my glass has candles because I'm afraid of them knocking that over but I do use the candle holder and tea light candles and once all that is done,i then put it up where they can't reach it.
I've noticed that this is something most won't tell you....you do not have to spend alot of money to put things in your altar.nor on your book of shadows.a journal from the dollar store along with a pack of tea light candles and candle holders will work just fine.I like to use everyday things on my altar depending on my needs.
Most of my family do not know my religious beliefs so they assume I am one religion and will keep me standing there.i,however love digging around in the Sims because I learn that she can be something else if she wants to.
I just wish I had the guys to face everyone about my different religion.

I'm back.

Ok,this I didn't do a challenge post yesterday because it was mine and my husband's wedding anniversary.we have been married for six years now.we also have two children.our oldest will be six in April whereas I'll be twenty six and our youngest will be four months old in a few days.
I did however, do a guided meditation.with the help of the honest guys on YouTube.I did a stress relief guided meditation and I am excited to say that I found a spirit guide during that meditation.I've been trying to find a spirit guide for awhile now but during that meditation one just came to,me out of nowhere.
I am still going to do these challenges but maybe not as in order now so if you see a repeated or skipped number then relax..it's okay but let me know.lol
My next post might be about my spirit guide.not sure yet.but I'll see you all later.
